Terms of service 
The account, subscription, AI content, and responsibility rules that govern use of Coook.

The system rejects generated results that exceed recorded pantry amounts, but it cannot verify physical weight, unit conversion, food condition, or allergens for you.
Cancel any active paid subscription before deleting your account.
Agreement and eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using Coook, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, refund policy, and AI safety notice. You must be old enough to enter a digital-service contract in your location or have guardian consent. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Account and sign-in security
- Provide an accurate email and secure your email and Google account. Actions completed through a valid sign-in link are treated as account actions.
- Report unauthorized access promptly. Do not sell, rent, share accounts, or bypass subscription controls.
Trials, subscriptions, and quota
- New accounts receive a 7-day trial. Feature access ends when the trial expires unless an active subscription is purchased; Coook does not provide a permanent free plan after the trial.
- Trial accounts may generate 3 recipes and run 6 ingredient recognitions per UTC week. Active subscriptions may generate 3 recipes and run 9 ingredient recognitions per UTC day, and unused quota does not roll over. A recognition or generation that the system confirms as failed releases its reserved quota; a task that completes successfully in the background counts even if you close the page.
- Applicable price and currency are shown before purchase. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans annually until canceled. We may block abnormal concurrency, automation, or attempts to evade limits.
Payment, delivery, and payment provider
- Waffo provides hosted checkout and payment processing. Checkout shows the final price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and the refund terms handled by the provider.
- Coook Plus digital access is delivered to the purchasing account after Waffo confirms payment and notifies Coook. If access is delayed, do not pay again; contact us through the public support email.
- Payments are also subject to the Waffo buyer terms shown at checkout. These terms do not reduce rights granted by mandatory consumer law where you live.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, commit fraud, attack systems, distribute malware, scrape user data, or interfere with operation.
- Do not rely on AI output for emergency medicine, clinical nutrition, industrial food compliance, or other licensed professional decisions.
Pantry accounting and user verification
- Coook totals generated usage by ingredient name and unit and rejects results that exceed the pantry you recorded or invent additional ingredients. This validates the digital record; it does not measure physical stock.
- A photo cannot reliably determine weight, volume, freshness, or hidden ingredients. Before generation, correct recognized names, quantities, units, and state such as raw/cooked, peeled, or bone-in.
- Treat salt, oil, water, and seasonings as available only when you entered them or the recipe clearly marks them to buy. Do not assume they are present merely because the system did not flag them.
AI output and content rights
You retain lawful rights in your input and grant us a limited license needed to operate, protect, and improve the service. AI output may be inaccurate, repetitive, similar to others, or non-exclusive. You may use recipes personally and for ordinary commercial purposes, but you must verify third-party rights, food rules, labeling, and safety.
Changes and availability
AI, image, video, email, and payment features depend on third parties. Tasks may queue during peak demand and a complete recipe can take several minutes. Closing the page does not cancel a submitted background task; its status remains available under My Recipes. We maintain the service reasonably but do not guarantee a specific response time or permanent availability of every feature.
Cancellation, suspension, and termination
You may cancel under the refund policy and delete your account from the account page. We may restrict or terminate serious violations, security threats, or continued abuse, with notice and appeal where practical. Account deletion does not replace canceling an active provider subscription, so cancellation is required first.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Coook is provided as is and AI content is not guaranteed accurate or suitable for a health condition. We are not responsible for avoidable harm caused by failing to verify allergens, labels, doneness, storage, or third-party content. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights, liability for personal injury where prohibited, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Law, disputes, and changes
Governing law is based on the operator's place of establishment without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your location. Contact us first to resolve disputes. Material changes receive reasonable notice; continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance, and new charges are not retroactive.
